Welcome to my Hypnotherapy page, where the art of hypnosis meets the power of the mind. Embarking on this fascinating journey back in 2009, my exploration of hypnosis has evolved from a specific practice to a more comprehensive approach aimed at helping a broader spectrum of individuals. Recently achieving the esteemed status of certified Hypnotherapist through extensive training at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), I am excited to apply my accumulated knowledge to benefit a diverse range of people.

A regular session usually last approximately 1 to 2 hours depending on what we are working on. The cost is per session and includes:

  • Discuss presenting issues

  • The theory of mind

  • Questionnaire & Test

  • Hypnosis
