Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Carine-Hypno for your online hypnosis session! To ensure a smooth and successful experience, please review the following appointment booking and cancellation policy: Booking: Sessions are available for online booking only. During the booking process, you will be required to confirm you have read and agree to this policy. Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice of your scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Session Requirements: All sessions are conducted online. For optimal experience, you are required to be fully clothed in a comfortable environment. Equipment: A computer is preferred for the session, but a smartphone or tablet can be used if necessary. Headphones are highly recommended for optimal sound quality. Physical Comfort: You may choose to participate in the session from a recliner, bed, or comfortable chair. Client Eligibility: I am a clinical licensed hypnotherapist and a QHHT Practitioner. In some cases, I may recommend clients seek additional support from a medical doctor before or after a hypnosis session. I may also request a referral from a doctor before offering services to ensure your suitability for hypnosis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
